Plot[]

Rocky and CeCe throw an extravagant sweet 16 birthday party but they can't get their moms to agree on their party plans. Georgia thinks CeCe's ideas are a little too outrageous and expensive and Marcie thinks Rocky's ideas are a little outdated. When CeCe discovers an old sweet 16 video from her mom when she was young, she gains a whole new perspective of her mom and starts to think her ideas are a little too outrageous.
